The Pixies offer 3 Stages of Hoopdance Education. Each offers a highly detailed instruction by Pixie Workshop Leaders & Instructors. Start with Begin to Spin and explore all the possibilities of Hoopdance Momentum and Hoop Flair.
You will be introduced to the skill of spinning a specialized weighted hoop & blending hula hooping with elements of dance & fitness. Begin to expand beyond waist hooping by adding hands & arms into the spin of your hoop.
A Workshop Series designed with 4 Classes that takes you beyond the basics of our introductory “Begin to Spin” Workshop. Take one or all of the classes as you are ready!
