Please take extra care when expanding your new hoop, the sections pop and snap into place quickly and your hands could get pinched.

Collapsing the hoop:
Step 1: hold the hoop vertically in front of you.
Step 2: Lightly place your foot on bottom of the hoop to hold it to the floor.
Step 3: Pull the hoop apart at the topmost section.
Step 4: Then pull the hoop apart at the bottom most section. (where your foot was) this will make the hoop look like a giant C.
Step 5: Pull the hoop apart at the next two sections. Viola! Your collapsible hoop is ready!!

You may want to use a yoga bag to carry your hoop around with you, or you can simply put a rubber band around each end to hold it together.

Yes! When folded down your new hula hoop will fit perfectly into a large suitcase or strap onto the back of your backpack. Perfect for travel, on a bus train or plane.

33” Sexy Small
If you are an advanced hooper, the small 33″ Feather Lite Pro guarantees to take the spotlight as your new favorite hoop, packed with exciting new challenges! At 33″s this hoop spins at high speeds, it will bring new dimensions to shoulder hooping and vertical jump through hoopdance tricks that you might be practicing. The 33″ is easy on the hands and elbows when learning and perfecting tosses, breaks and stalls. 35″ Smooth Small
The Smooth Small Hoop is for experienced hoopers. Slightly less challenging than the 33″ Feather Lite Pro, the 35″ also spins at high speeds and is light on the hands, elbows and knees. The faster speeds that this hoop spins at will guarantee to get your heart rate up in double time! The larger diameter means that you will have a bit more hoop to work with when perfecting behind the back passes, tucks, tosses and breaks. This hoop is also ideal for knee hooping and body rolls, as the hoop practically floats along its path.

Pixie Travel Hoops:

38″ Regular Hoop
This is the best for faster hooping and hooping off the body on the hands etc. Better for the intermediate hoopdancer.

40″ Medium Hoop
The Pixie Fave! A good place to start, great for beginners!
Perfect for learning on and off the body moves and multiple hoops.

42″ Large Hoop
Lots of room to do all your moves with this larger hoop. The perfect hoop for beginners to find their hooping ‘Body Rhythm’. This hoop may also be for you if you are tall, or enjoy relaxed hooping styles.

Shipping in Canada – All hoops are shipped “Expedited” with Canada Post, usually arriving within 7 working days if sent to an address in Canada. Our production facility needs 2 days to fill the order. So your new Hoop should be around your hips in between 10 – 14 days. Tracking numbers will be sent to you when the hoop is shipped.

Shipping to the USA – the shipping process takes a little longer to get across the border, usually 12 – 15 days. To be safe please expect 20 working days from ordering to approximate delivery. Tracking numbers will be sent to you when the hoop is shipped.

Shipping Internationally – we have no problem shipping to countries overseas, we know a Pixie Hoop will be worth the wait. We have had great success with all past deliveries to Europe, Mexico and Asia.

While most international packages are delivered within 20-28 days, in rare instances, delays of up to 6 weeks have been experienced once the package has left Canada. We are not responsible if your package is delayed during shipping or held up in customs. Unfortunately there is no tracking code for overseas parcels, but we will send an email out when it has been shipped so you can start the countdown.

We ship “Expedited” with Canada Post and will email you the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped. Please note that when ordering from provinces outside of BC, your electronic tracking number offers online tracking information with a slight lag time. This “lag” in Canada Posts computer system can be anywhere from 1 – 4 days out of sync.

Even though your new Pixie Hoop is made out of plastic, we strive to do our part for the Earth with each step of the manufacturing and shipping process. We walk or ride our scooters to the shop, drink fair trade coffee, and print all shipping labels on recycled paper. Your new hula hoop will be shipped to you in 100% reused recycled packaging that can be returned directly to your recycling box.

Yes – we offer a full 1 year workmanship guarantee on your new Pixie Hoop. We have been making Pixie Hoops since 2002. They have traveled around the world on some crazy Pixie Missions! Across Canada and the US, India, Thailand, Fiji, Mexico, Brazil and Europe. If you experience any structural issues with your new Pixie Hoop within one year of the purchase date we will be happy to repair it for you free of charge.

Unfortunately we do not except returns and exchanges; much like a clothing store, if your hoop arrives in good condition and is structurally sound with all the details of the order correct – then it is a final sale. If you have specific concerns please feel free to send us an email.

Congratulations! You have a new Pixie Hoop. Your new hula hoop can be used for dance, at home fitness, fun or all three!
Here are a few tips & tricks to care for your new hoop:

• Your hoop will loosen up with time it will come apart into sections easier and snap together into a solid hoop quicker after you have worn it in a bit.
• The hoop can be stored collapsed or expanded, try and lay the hoop down flat if you are going to have it expanded for long periods of time.
• Try and hoop only on grass or a soft indoor surface. Pavement and gravel will scratch the finish off of your hoop.
• If your hoops needs a little cleaning wet a sponge (only to dampen it, not to soak it) and lightly scrub your hoop, you can use a little dish soap if the hoop is particularly dirty.
• Be conscious of lending your hoop to small children, sometimes they may need a few instructions so as not to damage the finish (kids love to play jump through the hoop and roll the hoop down the road!)
• Please avoid leaving the hoop out in the heat or the sun for long periods of time may cause the hoop to melt and warp. A hot car in the middle of summer is not your hoops friend
